The basic production process is always extrusion, which creates the components to be coupled in the press to obtain multilayer sheets. These sheets will be used to produce engraved plates. Etching sheets can be made from different materials, such as acrylic or ABS, and are available in many surface finishes (brushed, textured, etc.). The finished product can be engraved by mechanical milling or laser processing.
